SOUTH CHARLESTON LAND REUSE AGENCY (SCLRA)

PURPOSE OF SCLRA

The South Charleston Land Reuse Agency (SCLRA) was established on October 17, 2019. The purpose of the SCLRA is to promote the productive use of vacant, abandoned, and tax delinquent properties determined to adversely affect residents. The available properties are identified as suitable for public space, conservation, housing, and commercial use. The SCLRA will pursue the acquisition, management, inventory, and disposition of these properties.
