SUMMARY:Taste of Appalachia
DESCRIPTION:Discover\, taste\, and connect at the Taste of Appalachia Food Showcase — a free\, public event celebrating the creativity and craftsmanship of West Virginia’s food producers at the South Charleston Farmer’s Market in South Charleston\, W.V.\, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. On October 18th!\n\nThis event will feature all vendors whose items are featured in this year’s 7 gift sets.\nJoin us to meet our vendors and try some of the delicious items available for purchase. All gift sets will be available to purchase that day\, as well.\n\nCheck out Boxes Available for Sale this Season at https://tasteofappalachia.com/\n\nThis initiative isn’t just about holiday gifting — it’s about celebrating the makers and artisans who shape our identity. Every item in these gift sets is handcrafted by a small business owner right here in the Mountain State. Many are veteran-owned\, family-run\, or rooted in generations of Appalachian tradition.\n\nThrough programs like our Expanding Markets initiative and the Taste of Appalachia\, we’re helping these entrepreneurs grow\, reach new audiences\, and build lasting momentum. Taste of Appalachia brings that mission to life in the most tangible (and delicious) way possible.\n\nWhen you buy or send one of these gift boxes\, you’re doing more than checking a name off your list — you’re fueling a local economy\, telling a story\, and giving someone a true taste of West Virginia!
