DESCRIPTION:HOMESCHOOL DAY AT THE SOUTH CHARLESTON FARMERS MARKET \n\n\nJoin us Friday\, May 15th from 10AM–2PM for a fun and educational day filled with hands-on activities\, agriculture\, community learning\, and family fun!\n\n\n\nKids will enjoy:\n Tractor Rides\n Bubble Station\n Crafts & Kids Workshops\n Explore a Police Car\n Explore a Fire Truck\n Hands-On Learning Activities\n\n\n\nSpecial Activities & Demonstrations:\n\n\n Muddy Mountain Flower Farm will be hosting a “Plant a Sunflower Cup” activity for kids to take home and grow!\n\n\n Ilar Homestead will be demonstrating how a grinding mill works and teaching about traditional farming practices.\n\n\n Parsons Ridge Farms will be teaching kids about raising chickens and producing fresh eggs and meat right here in West Virginia\n\n\nHeart and Hand Thrift Store will be doing a kids little sprout cup to take home and grow!\n\n\n\nSo make Friday’s Homeschool Day a field trip with us and enjoy a day of learning\, agriculture\, and community at the South Charleston Farmers Market!
