Registration Procedure
1. All registrations will be taken at 601 Jefferson Road
2. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis
3. Telephone registration will not be accepted, unless otherwise specified.
4. Make checks payable to the City of South Charleston
Refund Policy
After the class is in progress for longer than one (1) week no refunds will be given. If, for any reason after signing up you find you cannot attend, please notify the office before the week is up.
No extensions on passes due to inclement weather, extended illness, extended vacations, etc

Is your organization looking for a place to hold a meeting? How about a dance or banquet? The SCCC has the answer. Room and areas are available for groups ranging up to 350 persons.
Schools, churches, clubs -- The South Charleston Community Center has a unique fund-raising idea. The whole SCCC is available for after hours rental.
Your group can have use of the center's 25 meter indoor swimming pool, basketball and racquetball courts, volleyball and more.

One-half hour set-up for birthday parties and showers. All other events, one hour free set-up and decorating time; any additional time 50% of the hourly rate for the area being used. ALL RENTALS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED EVENT
*Room 3 is an air-conditioned room that seats 185 and is available for rent. The rental fee is $78.00 an hour

3. Family consists of husband, wife, children under the age of 18. Exception to the rule is if the child is 22 years old or younger and is a full-time student living at home. Proof of school attendance must be shown.
4. Passes not picked up will be void 6 months from date of purchase.
If one plans to use either the Health Club or Swimming Pool on a regular basis, it would be wise to take advantage of our passes. Passes are sold for three months, six months and one year. The passes are divided into two sections; Residents (must live in the corporate limits of South Charleston), Non-residents (anyone outside of the corporate limits of South Charleston).
